1. Yes I read it. The sentence you wrote is a bit malformed but I assume you meant that they indicated they will accept. I don't see any evidence of that yet.
My assumption : that they are still negotiating the terms of accepting the licence with H/Q.
2. Where did they indicate it? They just said that that was the next step. You could infer a number of different things from that, but they are only assumptions.
3. AGS has indicated that the next step is to do the permitting. But : FACT - they are still locked in the misleading conduct case, which someone rightly pointed out is incompatible with the issuing of a licence for the lease in question. In my view they will not allow permitting without negotiating the misleading conduct.
Yes I hold. I have lightened about 20% just because my investment has more than doubled, but that's normal practice.
