They don't need to announce anything yet. A supply contract could already have been signed and have a non disclosure clause included as a term of the agreement.
I think the announcement will come once AP are good and ready to announce (perhaps press conference).
Look back to how the trial was announced. TZ only revealed AP as customer once AP has held their press conference.
