I really don't understand why a prospective buyer would make a run at BMN over ACAP. As you and Night Stalker have pointed out many times the ACAP numbers and the fundamentals are much more compelling.

I see very little downside risk for ACAP around the 18-20c level. The market cap at that level is farcical!

I look at the market depth, and a drift to that level on very low volume looks likely.

To be honest I'm very excited about getting another chance to buy up big at that price, as the up-side is huge.
