re: Ann: Open Briefing - Reserves Upgrade and... sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but either someone is selling down and capping the SP (ie SAAD) or the market simply does not believe that the Proposal will develop into a binding Offer.
if it were day traders, why would they not wait to see if bid was to eventuate?
got no idea whats going on - its simply such a huge discount to the Propser's price.
