You may be correct however.....

What it tells me is that no one wants to or is willing to invest in APG at even .043c or .044c at the moment.

Even though good news is only a couple of months, or even less, away and also certainly there is more than just a realistic expectation the sp will at least double in the run up to the final plant completion.

In my humble opinion anyway :).
