your comments are good in theory but i am afraid you are just not reading between the lines.

do you think that 'other suitors' have not had 2 years to throw their hat in the ring.

what will make them do it now.......mining conventions and permits would help don't you think !!!

and if SDL need Hanlong to get there so be it. If it is worth more that 57c we will soon find out after they are granted.

plenty of time for another offer, game on in the next couple of months
