    Wow, what a surprising announcement.

    My reading of it is that DF is being replaced as MD and transitioned out of the action into a NED role. The way DF talks about AGO and its growth plans in the years ahead, surely DF wouldn't be voluntarily stepping back just as AGO is poised for huge growth?

    Are there questions at Board level over DFs performance and ability to grow AGO?
