Not sure about history but once the resource has independent verification then and only then does it become a consideration for some of the larger investors, they require that de-risking prior to entry. many a resource has been talked up only to find the guys behind the mask were crooks.
The team at Peak have been about as straight as Ive come across in the years I've been investing.
Also the likes of Lifton and Co have stated that their coverage of Peak awaits JORC so that could well be the case for others.
