    re: Ann: Adjourned Meeting of Demerger Scheme... normally I do not bother sending in any proxies as 99% of the time the meetings pass all the business by a large margin. Afterall most large shareholders including institutions are canvassed for their support any how.

    but this time I will fax off my 200,000 shares in favour as I think its important for a large number of shareholders to get behind this, even though judging by the adjorned meeting is was a done deal - per my 1st paragraph.
