Props only help if there are buyers who will want to go ahead of the bid. There is no pent up buying nor is there pent up sellers just a steady stream weighing it down over time.

My point was rather about having cheeky bids lying around and getting them hit. My personal experience has been that they get partially hit and in the scheme of things I could well have done better by being committed to a buy or sell and executing it.

If I had a deal with brokers not to have a minimum than I could afford the small parcels that get hit. Larger players get these that aggregate the trading and have a price on the aggregate. retail players dont get that liberty.
