Good point Jessie1.
From my perspective, DRS would be interested in buying ACL's Fonda and that possibly explains the proposed split. So what happens to VAST?
Would VAST be sold off as part of the Fonda sale to DRS?
IMO, the the cryptic announcement last year about dividends or other distributions could mean an offer of cash / shares in DRS.
It seems that ACL wants out of Fonda at a price and is positioning via the major shareholders for a bigger chance of financial success through ACL - Oncology.
The big prize is not a takeover of ACL Fonda.
The big prize is the split that sets up ACL oncology as a takeover .
Nothing new in my post ..but what does ACL want to do with VAST?
Is VAST a dead duck?or does it have some value?
Cheers
