Well I think his CV pretty much explains why they have appointed him.

Nice connections there with SIOC/Exxaro Mihal.

We're yet to see that SIOC/cdt appointment not to mention the deal finalised.

Mikey K seems to have just about everything a Sth Afr coal growth company would need in a Chairman.
