Also late March resource going from inferred to indicated. Additional land holdings (picked up at "farm land" prices) and purchase of the reservoir very positive; from what Gus was saying in comparison to other mining tenements, the ownership of Pen's land is more secure and better grouped.

All in all very positive with some key dates mentioned.
