Marty Chenard from Stocktiming.com has been saying for weeks that the liquidity coming into the market was not coming from the institutional investors. A quote from his update last night;
"As one Institutional Investor commented: "Since the inflowing liquidity is not our money, we do not know when it will end. The only thing we can do is to stay with a long position philosophy and hedge our positions.""
