As we all get excited, I thought I'd point out something re my rosy calculation of 21st Jan.:
"In 3 weeks we will have treated 20,160t , all going well,and that tonnage should gives us 1,680 ozs at an initial recovery rate of 2.5g/t., and worth approx $2.68 million."
Nice cashflow, but:
Out of that $2.68 mill, only &580,000 will be profit, based on their trucking/treating cost estimate of $1250/oz as announced by NME on 19th Jan. ( 1680ozs x $1250/oz)= $2,100,000 costs).
Sorry, ako, your " ..with all that revenue from production coming in and ...." of yesterday made me do that calc.
Hopefully, the costs of $1250/oz will not be exceeded, and the eventual average grade will exceed my imaginary recovered grade of 2.5g/t.
Hey, even if we average $580,000 per 21 days, its still giving us $$$$ , I just felt I should do that calc for anyone with the idea that the mentioned $2.68 mill was going to be ours to spend.....
