    Think this has been hit hard today -unjustificably - especially given IDL has EBITDA margins of 30%+. Their gas management business performed very poorly with .3m EBITA. I know it is only in its infancy however, they did buy a going concern from AJL for $25.5m. Looks like Levison overpaid!
