    No, you probably rather wouldn't think. Much easier to jump to conclusions.

    The way these bureaucratic regulations work is that they have to prosecute these allegations. If the employer says he was sacked because he was useless, didn't turn up for work on time, lazy, rude, refusing to comply with OHS, whatever, but his Mum claims it is because he queried his pay rate, then they will almost always prosecute to be on the safe side. Hence "Ombudsman Nicholas Wilson said in a statement the decision to prosecute was made because the dismissal allegedly constituted a serious breach of workplace law."

    It is only an allegation. It is up to the court to decide the truth.
