Dalley, you are 100% on the money for private investors, but the big difference is that some of the US insto's can only purchase according to predetermined rules....ie listed on certain exchanges and max amounts that can be purchased as well through other exchanges and mimimum share price amounts....ie some can only purcase over $1 or $5 shares.
