Brokers are noted by their absence at this time. Normally a p & d is tied in with some form of broker's report or recommendation. Haven't heard of one broker report mentioned ...yet. Given the volume today, if one comes out the next day or two, I'll call a p&d. If not, it suggests the leaky boat we've all be expecting is about to burst at the seams with an ann.
