Director retirement
On 22 February 2012, it was announced that The Hon Philip Burdon had advised
his retirement from the Board of Argosy Property Management Limited, the
Manager of the Trust, effective 29 February 2012. In consequence of that, The
Hon Burdon will not be a director of Argosy Property Limited, the new listed
company following corporatisation, on and from 29 February 2012.
