Melone, not sure how much you actually know about phosphate, but I can tell you that there is no mine in the world that would have an underground phosphate operation? And you might need to do a bit more research on Ipl. I can tell you that phosphate hill near Mt Isa will produce around 1 million tonnes on fertilizer this year alone. It is the largest fertilizer mine in the southern hemisphere.
It appears you missed the point anyway, and that point is that there are literally billions and billions of tonnes of phosphate rock laying all through the Georgina basin. It's not like gold or copper where there are only dribs and drabs here and there. Maybe you should do some research and see where the phosphate out there actually came from? That may give you a better idea as to just how much there is out there.
Let me give you a hint, it's as vast as an ocean.
