Spozzie, AGS aren't the cornerstone investor that Torey has been talking about. The deal with AGS is merely a contingency fund to ensure that Copahue goes ahead in the event of cost over-runs.
In his email to me (which has already been posted) he mentioned the IFC, so I'd be expecting an organisation of that calibre as a cornerstone investor.
AGS provide capital to start-ups and small caps. Given our history with Socius, I love the fact that they have agreed to a voluntary escrow. It certainly gives you a bit of confidence that they are in for more than just a quick buck.
I've tried some background searches on AGS and I haven't been able to find anything negative, so I'm leaning towards the opinion that they don't operate in the same fashion as Socius, La Jolla and Dutchess.
