Jaded, I'm asking myself the same question.
Maybe it's not the mini -blimps selling. The cynical thought ocurred that maybe Roth themselves were the mystery US institution and that they could be distributing the 8 mil shares at a VWAP of 48c and keeping the 6 million oppies as freebies ( should be able to buy quite a few silk togas and gold rapper jewellery with those down the road, eh.)
Highly ulikely, but as you know, stranger things have happened in the market.
