I also find it interesting the Rearite Wheat Test and DiagnosticIQ platform is not listed as an outstanding objectives to sell or license the IP?
From my understanding a settlement figure was reached ages ago regarding termination of contracts, so what arrangements are still being discussed? my money would be on Bayer also want the wheat Test and Diagnostic IQ platform, which could be worth a tidy sum to Tyrian and possible where our capital will come from to fund the future. All my opinion only off course.
Conclude arrangements with Bayer:
The Company is negotiating a cash settlement with Bayer regarding the termination of its agreements for the development, commercialisation and manufacture of agricultural diagnostic products using Tyrian’s DiagnostIQ platform. These negotiations remain ongoing.
