Yes. I have been watching KBO with interest. History suggests that when she goes up as she has been, she will keep on going up. Monthly charts dating back 1999 also suggest this. July looks good for both KBO and many minnows in the ASX IMHO.
However, it may also be presumed that it is only a normal reaction to the director buying up. My suggestion is that it is more probable that they are about to announce France. Under the present management, KBO tends to leave footprints of impending news and on today's volume, the footprints appear to be clearly visible.
I was very close to buying the 100K at 6.9 today but I decided against it. Look for it tomorrow although IMO, it may pull back slightly where a position might be taken below 6.9. The market may over react to positive news in a stock like KBO and decent margins will be there if I am correct. However, this is only supposition and my thoughts only.
NB. Tragic scoreline. Bring back the good old days. Where's Wally?
