the cynic in me also calculates:
let's say 6% of 995 mill : 60 mill roughly
let's say they come in at a generous 0.8 c average: $480k spent
to get your hands on a potential 4 mill down payment and royalties
kindly check my sums ( been known to have "fat fingers" on the calculator)
