I'd would like the current board to get the green light for ML sale - BUT use the 4 mill as capital return to SH
Reduce their ridiculous remuneration until such time that they have a new viable target and finance that out of royalties to come in and generate more income.
Take a cold hard look at the current board and ask:
How can a director who also sits on numerous other boards and is a MD for another company be paid that much and does that person actually provide input/services commensurate to their remuneration .
Is there a potential perceived conflict by employing related parties businesses ?
I'm a company director myself and at times have to take a cold hard look at my businesses - reevaluate - and make decisions that I may not like on a personal level, but are required to ensure the survival of the business.
