I will wait for the following q's re:Amigos to be answered before I make a final decision;
1) how did the grade improve?
2) what is the breakdown of mining costs equal to $2m?
3) where (map/location) will the ore be trucked to and plant location for processing?
4) what are their proposed directors fees?
At this stage my vote leans towards the current directors as this is guaranteed to provide immediate cash-flow. Also uncertain about Amigos potential to dilute the shares to raise capital...
