Lets not get too carried away...not just yet anyway...NDO is doing nicely without the need for "super ramper" comments.
You need to understand the figures you are throwing around...in your examples, you are valuing each asset's "value" to NDO, then dividing it by the shares on issue...the result...a figure that gives an idea of the potential future "value" that can be expected to flow to NDO over a period of say 7-10 years, on a per-share basis.
You cannot simply apply this "value" directly to todays NDO shareprice.
If the "value" you have outlined could be realised to NDO in say just 6 months, then you might have a case for applying the figures you have suggested to today's price, but given that such income will take at least 7-10 years to achieve, with hard work and a little luck, all sorts of discounts need to apply.
It's still all good though.
