    Back in the 1990s Conoco Phillips were in Somalia and seismicked billions of barrels before they dropped their toy and left cause it was too hard to handle the politics.

    Next batter in - the political animal lawyer Pete Landau and Range Resources - the drill is finally in and going ~40 metres per day through a probably pay zone as I type.
