On 10 May 2011, there were 135,105,618 shares on issue.
At the date of the top20 list thrones presented, 135,105,609 shares were issued of which, 1,315,766 was held in the name of Ms Katherine Sutton.

On 18 Oct 2011, in the top20 list presented in the 2011 Annual Report, Ms Katherine Sutton was excluded from the top20. This indicates that at 18 Oct 2011, K.Sutton had less than 1,100,000 shares to her name.

On 18 Oct 2011, Ms Katherine Sutton did hold 102,277 options to her name. Indicating that at 14 Sep 2011 (the record date for option entitlement), K.Sutton had at least 1,022,770 shares to her name.

In the period from 10/5/2011 to 14/9/2011, K.Sutton is "likely" to have sold 292,996 shares. From the period 10/5/2011 to 18/10/2011 "must" have sold at least 215,766 shares.

Nevertheless, there is a change of interest. And "if" she is a relation to David Sutton the Chairman, then this change MUST be notified to the market.

I don't think there is anything sinister, as David exercised his 12c options during this period and thus increasing his relevant interest. It may be that Katherine just needed a little money for rent or to pay her car insurance bill or to lend to Davey so he could exercise his options - who knows.
