Are the lockers still working? If so I would assume there is central infrastructure tied up to the system to keep them going and I'd be surprised at a supplier change.
Would you sell the banks or provide a service? If the latter I assume a charge for rental and then per parcel would be the way to go. I'd rather be selling bog roll than toilets! What do you think?
