you make me laugh. you put an effort to show that Gillard has symptoms of personality disorders, but don't bother to find out who Mendoza is.
Mendoza was a mental health advisor to Rudd when was PM. But he was not a personal mental health advisor (ie. psychiatrist or psychologist) to him. He advised on how to develop a mental health policy.
