So you, as a holder, who have invested your hard earned in company, simply don't care about anything the opponents have to say?
If I had invested any money in a company, I'd personally invite any naysayers out to drinks, write down every word they say and ponder over it to make sure I'm not making an incorrect investment decision.
Or I could simply not care what they say, because hey, it's certain LYC will get to $4! CHOOO CHOOOOO!
