Couple of Points

1. I agree with the general thrust of his vote 'counting' for Price with one proviso. I reckon there are a lot of shareholders who bought since the SP dropped below say 20c who own a fair share of the company. Given the recent performance of Management and the Board I estimate that an overwhelming share of them (and a fair share of longer term holders who bother to vote) that are following the company and reading fora like HC or Sux will vote for Mr Price. There do not appear to be many traditional instos on board who might support Boon. I agree with Graham's analyis on Schroders and MBA. I am hoping they will vote for Price. In summary I reckon Price might do much better than Graham estimates.

2. Graham seems to be holding a candle for Chris Creighton, who is in charge of North America, Australia, NZ and Asia (ie the profitable parts). If Mr Price wins I would expect they could work out a way to work together. Suspect Orbis would have talked to Price about these sort of things before deciding on how to vote.
