energen corp bought from a private seller 3200 acres at 65.8 million in the permian basin wolfberry play .ggp as 8800 acres than make the value of the land at over 150 million like 3 time the market cap. Can it be possible from what is under worth twice more to pay that king of money ? If yes well GGP is on the way to make a pretty good profit of this acres.
