It is a cyclical sector. Today's share price after such great news is daytraders taking profits and the general market in RED. Indeed, it is disappointing but i invested in this firm to ride out to their exploration targets of 35-50 million ounces. There is nothing to say that they are not going to be reaching those levels.
And in regards to the metallurgy, it is not a fantastic mix. However, there are two components that is making this a lucrative play - i.e. its High grade and consistency along its true width. They will certainly need to have at least 20 million ounces in the measured levels to get financing. It will primarily depend on the bankable study, specifically the IRR and NPV numbers.
I am really happy with the results but not the share price. Hopefully, we get to fair valuation shortly.
