It's not accumulation when that volume of shares are being willingly offloaded. If it were "accumulation" then the transfer of shares would take days, not minutes, as the patient buyer (or accumulator) has to wait for loose hands to trickle out of the stock. Somebody wanted out today, and out quick. This spooked some short termers out of the picture. We'll see what's up
