I feel Mr Price and his backers are continuing to buy slowly. They need to make sure Mr Price can get into the board, if they want to sell the shares higher than what they had paid for. 100m shares only cost about 11m at this time.
I have followed them, bought a bit more, 0.5m.
Many shareholders have already started to average down again recently.
