Interesting reading the attached documents on the Govt website. Whether it's that block or not, appreciate the link.
Never read up on the processes required before but seems logical. The reasonable costs involved were interesting, I guessed it would have been more expensive to apply but obviously not.
Provided a company has satisfactory technical and financial means to commit to a work program, the cost to apply or bid is $4,590.00.
Small change for a chance to get your foot in the door and have a crack.
