Why would anyone put up such a relatively large number of shares for sale at any given point (just as we see at 25.5cents here) when they could more than likely sit on the sideline (particularly no large numbers are built up behind them) and sell into the likely demand?
This smells of a deliberate block devised to see people sell into sub 25c or lower if they believe in the gap story.
Ans... Capping and Accumulation.
