KB - Commissioners have regular jobs. They don't just sit around waiting for an appeal. It's something they have to fit in around their policy and management jobs. As well they have to brief up on the issues, review the ALEB decision and come to a collective view.

When did assumptions become an offence KB? Nothing wrong with assumptions where they are made clear and are necessary. Without at least some assumptions, there would not be many things in life you could have a view about.

The irony is, KB, that you are just as 'guilty' - assuming that just because the Commission has some apparent gaps in its upcoming schedule, they will not have any trouble 'slotting in' determination of the appeal.

I think you will find it is not that simple KB.
