If the previous durations are valid, the translation is likely to be close to below (plagiarised from Oz's post with apologies to new Project Director for assumptions)
February/March 11
- Finalise the mining agreement with the Martu (complete)
- Appointment of key personnel
- Initiate environmental studies and complete approvals

March/April 11
- Commence project design and engineering
- Road, airstrip and accommodation construction

April/May 11
- Construction of pilot ponds and brine trench

July 11
- Harvest and process pilot pond salts
- Commence stockpiling

August/September 11
- Finalise pond design and layout

September/October 11
- Complete bankable feasibility study

There will clearly be some fine tuning that the PD will do on the above but further questions that come to mind are:
1. How the pilot relates to the ongoing construction – objectives, known/unknown information, scale etc.
2. Estimated time to initial production and how production development maps on to the transport/sales development.
3. Timing and structure of any additional capital request with preference that current shareholders participate.
