You just don't get it. Sick leave entitlement has ALWAYS been part of a full-time and part-time employee's working conditions, under successive Liberal and Labor governments. Liberals had been in government far more years than Labor has, and they had not removed this entitlement.

You throw in the towel ? there will be some new businesses to replace you. It will be, has always been. if you truly understand how a free market capitalist economic system works, you will understand what I have said, if you do not, then it is about time you do some more learning so that your business can continue and prosper in this ever competitive business work.

No good blaming the workers for your business' poor performance and survival.
