A couple of highlights for NTU shareholders appear to be:-

The severe credibility gap in the Rare Earth Element space over the last year has opened up over ...... :

Accessibility – basically some of the Canadian projects are so isolated that they cannot be viable under even the most rosy price scenarios (perhaps the author is hinting at Avalons Thor Lake project where the resource is under a lake - I kid you not. Where as NTU's projects have no such issues plus good infrastructure in the region including roads and port at Wyndham.)

Financing – capex numbers that drift from the low hundreds of millions of dollars into the billions (again Avalon have estimate they need about $1.2 billion Canadian dollars to get their Thor Lake project into production, and NTU about $90M.)

Also whilst discussiung shareholders this nice little snippet from the report ..... :-

We also believe that a major trading house in the REE space has a non-reportable stake. (Now I wonder who that could be)

The fundamentals are right

The financing cost to get into production is right

The product is right

The target production date is right
