vil will move at dow 13,000+

Historically speccies like Vil and many others on the ASX have usually moved upwards, often in crazy manner, when markets have hovered around the highs. Dow reaching beyond 13,000+ is significant imo. Brings a lot of confidance back to the market. Pretty soon people look elsewhere other than blue chips at this point. Money will come into sotcks like VIL. At times of market highs even an announcement such as "the management of the company have got off their butt and are have began thinking of..." draws serious interest amongst investers. I think we will see a more regular chain of announcements coming from the company beyond 13,000+. Hopefully that'll be soon.
