agree with you entirely regarding the issue of blame.
The dilemma for me is that our belief systems are largely a result of our circumstance of birth.
I'm not trying to justify these atrocities from another viewpoint, rather I'm totally depressed at the apparent inevitability of continued terrorism by a group of people for whom martyrdom for their cause is the ultimate act.
