Clearly the authors/contributors to this article have a VERY limited or should I say poor understanding of the Ozzie political scene, the ozzie economy, and defintely, how advanced Lynas is in thier program.
They probably think Oz is Austria.
I'll bet the so called "credible source" was the NY times hahaha.
