Something just isn't quite right when a transaction has been 'EXPECTED' to finalise for 2.5 years!

We have been told about a bank guarantee, but that doesn't seeme to account for anything.

We have also been told that the purchaser has its own staff on site, which seems to suggest virtual possession.

And that the purchser has the project on their own website.

But who is the purchser? Surely this isn't confidential by now!?

This is a very strange transaction indeed.

When you go to the supermarket and buy the weekly groceries, you don't look over your shoulder back at the cashier and say I'll pay you in 2.5 years without a security guard rushing after you in the car park. PLEASE!!!
