You're right Markjohn, they do badly need to make sales. Unfortunately it WILL be years, according to Tata Steel.

As far as I'm aware, Tata have not yet signed off on a full commitment to commercialisation, let alone a production schedule.

But today's announcement was positive, not least the part about publishing some more detailed technical specs in their newsletters.
